James River Cellars Winery hosts the event outdoors at its location at 11008 Washington Highway in Glen Allen (next to the driving range on Route 1), north of the Atlee/Elmont Interchange. Social hour with open bar begins at 5:30, followed by a picnic style barbecue dinner catered by The Smokey Pig. Cost: $20/members, $25/non-members. The event will be held rain or shine.

The Annual Dinner and Membership Meeting will be held at the Richmond Times-Dispatch Production Plant at Atlee Station, off Chamberlayne Avenue (Route 301). Social hour begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by buffet dinner at 7:00 p.m. Catering will be provided by Homemades by Suzanne. The program will feature an update by current president Lin Diacont as well as elections of new board members. Invitations will be mailed in August. Cost as yet undetermined.
